 Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera. First i'm Muiz want to  thank for my beloved lecturer namely Puan Noraza because willing giving chance to me to complete this DST are mainly in process editing and also helped Sharina and Nadwa We hope all people can comment about Digital Story Telling (DST). This is because, we think  all comment can improve and help all weakness and develop ourselves in English especially.

there are so barrie's in completing the assignment by group..that i have experienced throughout our group  to complete this blog...although i have never know how to create blog but it is not a barrier for me to learn...and i try my best to complete this blog..first time i learned how to create this blog..i feel so excited..and i try  to surf google" how to create the blog?" also ask to all my friends to know in more detail about how to create the blog... know i feel satisfied because i have learn how to import picture, music and so on in our blog...

Why We Choose This Topic?

Assalamualaikum..I am Lin..here we meet again in discussing about the topic that we choose for the blog. As you can seen, our blog title is The Effects of Facebook On Teenagers. Why we choose this topic, this is because today facebook became a new phenomenon to all of us. I’m sure all of you here have a facebook account. As a human being, we can’t live without interact to one another. So we normally prefer to follow and accept the new technology in our life. Because we will feel left out of what happening around us if did not follow the ‘trend’.

Our group focus is on teenagers as we know teenagers is label as a person that like to try something that new for them. They don’t actually realize that sometimes the new things not always give advantages but also have a disadvantages. Certain people had label facebook as a not a technology but it’s a something that wasting time. So for me, whether facebook is good or bad it is depending on individual needs.

It can be good when we use it in a right way such as use it as gathering information or keep updating with class notification. But it reach to the level ‘bad’ or out of control if the facebook has controlling our lives such as we feel empty and life is not meaningful without using facebook for a day. Whatever it is, people especially teenagers should have a media literacy so that they don’t spoil their daily routine just because of facebook addiction.

So friends, what is your opinion? 

Little Notes For Being A Biuss Student

Assalamualaikum and good day to everyone..My name is Lin..I am glad for having this opportunity to write on some thought, opinion and comment about everything that I had learned in our Biuss class. First I would like to thanks to Madam Noraza for teaching me in this semester. All the advices is so mean to me and will be used now and in the future.

            Well, as a four in group I understand the important of being responsible as a group members.  The teamwork concept will not achieve if one of us did not play their role as good as possible. This is because each person needs to depend on other s members skills so that certain job will be easier and more quality. When we finishing our Digital Story Telling (DST), there are lots of challengers we need to face such as clashing of schedule in meeting each other, lack of ideas and so on. The main challenge for us is the problem in using English as spoken language. As we know, we are here to improve the skill of English communication so what we should do is always speak in English so that our confident level will increase. Like the word “practice makes perfect”.  For me don’t be too shy and feeling inferior when talking to others. So from now onwards, I promise myself to always give the best for my own sake. 

Facebook Addiction

Facebook rises to the level of “addiction” when other things are out of balance: grades suffer, no offline friendships, little to no activity away from the computer. When someone is consumed with the world of Facebook, other relationships can suffer greatly.

Teenagers see Facebook as a part of their life and they think life is not complete without Facebook in a day. People especially parent must help teenagers know and understand the Internet. It’s not just social media.

Teaching them and giving them a greater understanding of the how’s and why’s will prepare them for life with technology outside the home. It’s not going away, so we need to give them to use it properly.
